I have developed a team environment to give my listing and buying clients the best possible service.  I have organized my office to provide detailed services from the beginning of the process to the end.  I rely on referral business; so I want to impress my clients with such great customer service that they would only want to refer their family and friends to me for their real estate needs.

 

Below are brief descriptions of who my team members are and what their job duties are.

 

 Bernie Gallerani:  Real Estate Agent

I specialize in working with clients to list their home at a marketable price and to sell it quickly.  I provided clients with a comparative market analysis and explain how to price the home competitively.  I communicate with the clients throughout the listing process.  Once a contract has been submitted I assists in negotiating the highest dollar value on the home.  Email bernie@berniegallerani.com

Wendy Gallerani:  Closing Manager

Wendy handles all of the closing aspects for the team.  She stays in touch with clients informing them of the closing process.  She also keeps in constant contact with the agent representing the other side, the lender and the closing attorney's office to ensure that everything is being handled in a timely manner.  Email wendy@berniegallerani.com

 

Marcia Escobar:  Listing Manager

Handles all of the office duties for the team.  She handles the incoming phone calls, she puts together listing packets, she calls agents who have shown Bernie's listings and relays feedback to sellers', she sends out weekly letters and makes weekly phone calls keeping to touch with Bernie's clients. Ashely Rousselle: Runner

She puts the sign and lockboxes on my listings and she takes the property photos that will be put on the MLS and various websites for advertising. She also will remove the sign and lockbox from the yard once the property is sold. She also does various running for signatures, deliveries, etc.
